Hi I would like to complain about the disgusting treatment myself and family received last night. We had booked for 9pm as soon as we arrived while ordering drinks my boyfriend who's birthday it was was told to drink water only because he danced to the music the DJ in the venue was playing??? Why have a Dj?? After this for the rest of the time we spent there we felt like criminals and was watched we had a bouncer at the end of the oche. Why i don't know but we couldn't enjoy ourselves due to being watched. I went to the bar to order a drink to be told they didn't have the gin I asked for..... no problem but they had a 40% not 100% sure on the percent but know he said it was a high volume...... if we was so drunk and was being watched why offer that??? A male bar attender to female???? Once I paid and went back to my family yet again the bouncer pulled me to say stop treating/ speaking to staff in a rude way...... No not at all I said why offer me that when you are watching us and apparently are to drunk. His reply "you want it or not" then complained when I walked away. We have been flight club many times and really enjoyed it and last night has ruined it and it ruined my boyfriends birthday disgusting treatment by both bouncers and bar staff.

As soon as I entered Ash made made me and my group feel welcomed and made sure our needs were met. Would highly recommend for a night out with you’re friends even if there are a lot of people. The service and attitude from the staff is impressive

We stumbled across Flight Club whilst out in Manchester, we were out with friends for lunch so didnt have time to call in before we ate. BUT we made a point of calling in later in the day for an hour! We had never been before and not heard of Flight Club, I must say we all thouroughly enjoyed ourselves, your staff are excellent and the whole concept is amazing!!! Please open in Lancaster ;-) We didnt eat, but i have given you 5 stars as the food that we did see also looked amazing!

Fun hour and we got 20 minutes extra coz it was quiet. Drinks prices are a bit steep. £6.40 for a Guiness ! We didn't eat there.

Went into flight club as a hen doo, had the most amazing experience from start to finish. From the door man to Amber our bartender who adhered to our needs all night suggest the best cocktails, shots and varieties of differs darts games. We will defiantly be back again. Overall Amber was the best and made our experience a memorable night with humor, energy and the Scouse accent. We love flight club and we love Amber!!!

Belter night out. Went for a special occasion. Food was great and service was 10/10. Amber was a brilliant server, made us feel so special and at home the night all the better .

Can't recommend the highly enough. We went in as two middle aged old farts and spent two hours of pure joy there. We came out as a pair of giggling teenagers (artistic licence being used there) The games were so easy to play with a good variety of choices. Service and drinks were great (thanks to Ash and Leo, you were great) We didn't eat, but the food we saw looked tasty, fresh and plentiful. We'll be back and are looking forward to another visit Brilliant! Thanks, Jill and Lynne xx

It's a nice place to have a beer and play darts and chill. I was with a large group of people and it was late evening, so we couldn't get a proper meal, just fries. Also, the service charge is higher than expected. Overall, it is good if you go for the darts and drink for like an hour

Great fun playing darts. Staff helpful and attentive. Atmosphere good (even on a Wednesday evening). We didn't eat (had already eaten). Would definately recommend trying the darts.

Thank you to Paulina for booking us in for our staff party. We have taken our staff to Flight Club three years in a row now. The experience is above and beyond and that's why we keep coming back. Fantastic team.
